Acceptance

By accessing or registering on SCOMM India you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

Accurate information

Businesses must provide accurate company information and authentic verification documents. Misrepresentation, fraud or abuse may result in rejection, suspension or permanent removal from the portal.

Moderation and verification

Profiles, products, services and related submissions are reviewed by administrators before public publication. SCOMM India may approve, reject, request changes, suspend or restore listings at its discretion to protect users and platform integrity.

Public content

Information you mark as public may appear in directories, search results and profile pages. You remain responsible for content you publish, including product claims and service descriptions.

Enquiries

Enquiry forms share the visitor’s submitted details with the relevant business. SCOMM India is not a party to transactions between visitors and businesses and does not guarantee responses, pricing or outcomes.

Membership plans

Plan features and limits are defined by administrators and may change. Paid upgrades in Phase 1 are assigned manually after payment confirmation. Fees already paid for completed periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or a written refund policy.

Limitation of liability

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCOMM India is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the directory, listings or third-party business interactions.
