Documents and sensitive files

Business documents uploaded for verification remain private and are accessible only to authorised administrators unless an administrator explicitly marks a document as public. Documents are never shown on public profiles by default.

Contact and owner visibility

Phone numbers, emails and owner details follow the visibility settings chosen by each business (public, registered users, after enquiry, or private). Visitors only see information that the business has elected to share.
